I’m lucky in that I don’t really gain when I’m not “dieting”. I just stabalize. No, I’m not under 200lbs. I don’t know, I guess its just my mentality that I will not gain, so I don’t. BUT I’d rather be losing, so I’m going back on the Southbeach Diet. I did it back in August and lost 12lbs in a week. I stopped and haven’t lost (or gained) since. I decided I’m going back to Phase 1 after I can buy groceries later on this week.
I deserve to lose weight. I deserve to be healthy and be a role model for my child. I deserve to wear cute clothes and own up to my true goddess potential. I am beautiful but do not affirm that to myself when I eat crappy foods that do not TRULY feed my body what it needs.
SO I’m going back on the beach! YAY!
